Job Title: Sales Associate

About the Role:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable eyewear products and achieving sales targets. The role also involves supporting daily store operations and maintaining Lenskart standards. (Hiring Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses and accessories.
Promote free eye check-ups and guide customers to the clinic.
Explain product features, lens options, offers and advantages.
Achieve individual sales, conversion and other assigned targets.
Handle billing/POS transactions and ensure accurate order processing.
Coordinate with customers for product pickup and resolve post-sales queries.




Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support stock-taking, inventory management and product replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and visual merchandising.
Follow all Lenskart SOPs and operational guidelines. (LinkedIn)

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred. (Hiring Solutions)
Retail/Sales/Customer Service experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid sales and conversion orientation.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Positive attitude and qualified grooming.
