Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers,



and maintaining solid relationships with clients and candidates. The recruiter will work closely with the business development team to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships
Relevant experience in the IT consulting or similar industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
