Prerequisites for the Job Role
2 - 4 years of experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and/or Zoho Creator
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new software and automation tools.
Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist and support the automation of existing and current processes using Zoho products and other automation tools.
Manage and monitor day-to-day automation tasks, workflows, and system-related requirements.




Understand requirements from different departments, assist in converting them into automated workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Configure and maintain Zoho modules, workflows, forms, reports, and automation rules.
Support integrations between different software using APIs, Zapier, webhooks, or similar tools.
Troubleshoot automation issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Maintain documentation of workflows, integrations, and process changes.
Continuously identify opportunities to make business processes simpler, faster, and more efficient.
