Background to the role
Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.Executive will be responsible for Onboarding Hospitals/clinics on Medibuddy Network , communication with Internal stakeholders, managing, coaching & driving daily onboarding target of the team.This is an ideal role for someone looking to learn quick, create a footprint and grow with one of the largest, most innovative companies in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities
Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday
Handling Providers queries and questions and providing solutions by coordinating with internal teams
Negotiating with providers and Collecting provider documents
Doing data entry in excel/google sheets and on internal portals
Coordinating with Internal teams to gather information and close tasks





Desired Profile

Skills
Undergraduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Mandatory
Positive understanding of Google sheet/Excel
Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills
Ability to prioritize and negotiate
Prior experience in customer service/ Partner support

Core Competencies
Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, and reasoning skills.
Must be comfortable working in field
Prior experience of handling 10+ people
Ability to prioritize and close tasks
Positive communication skill Hindi + English & One Regional Language
