Solid experience in Copper Casting / Copper Foundry operations is mandatory
Candidates without Copper foundry experience will not be considered.
Education:- BE/Diploma - Metallurgy
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Non-Ferrous Foundry operations with focus on Copper casting.
Drive quality improvement, yield enhancement, and rejection reduction initiatives.
Manage melting, pouring, fettling, and process optimization activities.
Conduct defect analysis, root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
Lead NAB grade development, foundry revamping, and CAPEX projects
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
