Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Chartered Accountant (CA) & Finance Vertical. You will source, screen, and hire candidates across Accounts, Operations, and Taxation profiles.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and handle onboarding.
Domain Pipeline: Build candidate networks across three key sub-verticals:
Sourcing & Screening: Hunt via Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals; evaluate technical fit, notice periods, and CTC expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Align with hiring managers on mandates and drive quick offer turnarounds.

Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of core HR recruitment experience focusing on CA/Finance roles.
Skills: Solid understanding of finance terminology, proficiency in ATS/Naukri/LinkedIn Recruiter, and negotiation skills.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com or HR background preferred).
