Role & responsibilities
Source and identify candidates for BFSI sector requirements through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment/sourcing experience are preferred.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable networking and sourcing skills.
