IT Site Manager / IT Infrastructure Lead capable of managing end-to-end IT operations in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.

Desired Candidate Profile (Summary):

Seeking an experienced IT Site Manager with 6 to 15 years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, onsite support, and IT operations within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or other regulated industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in desktop support, Windows server administration, networking, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security (EDR/antivirus), patch management, and application support. They should possess solid experience in vendor and AMC management, IT asset and inventory management, compliance-driven IT operations, and user support while ensuring high system availability and adherence to SLAs.

The candidate should be capable of leading onsite IT operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and OEMs, driving IT security and compliance initiatives,



conducting user awareness training, and supporting business-critical laboratory and office environments. Experience working in GxP, GMP, ISO 27001, or other regulated settings is highly preferred, along with excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

615 years of IT Infrastructure & End User Support experience.
Experience in pharma, life sciences, biotech, CRO, or manufacturing environments.
Robust knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking, backup & recovery, endpoint security, and patch management.
Experience managing vendors, AMCs, IT assets, and compliance requirements.
Ability to lead onsite IT operations, minimize downtime, and ensure business continuity.
