This is a full time in office role for a Social Media Marketing Executive at AOS Brand Consultant in Pune.
The primary focus of this role is planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). The content strategy and calendar planning will be handled by the content/design team.
The Social Media Marketing Executive will work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives and copy are effectively used for campaign performance.
Trend & Platform Updates Stay updated with advertising policies, platform updates, algorithm changes, and current ad features.
Collaboration with Creative Team Coordinate with designers and content writers for ad creatives and campaign assets; however, content calendar creation is outside the scope of this role.
Lead Generation Focus Drive quality leads and measurable business outcomes for clients through performance marketing strategies.




A/B Testing Conduct testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign objectives to identify high-performing combinations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyze key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Campaign Optimization Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives to improve ROI.
Audience Targeting & Retargeting Build and optimize custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences for lead generation and conversions.
Paid Campaign Management Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing field or a related field
