We are looking for a Java Developer Lead with solid hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices.
Design and develop REST APIs and distributed services.
Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership.
Analyze requirements and deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Required Skills
Solid Java, Spring Boot & Microservices experience.
Good knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and design patterns.
Experience with Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred.
Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
