Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP Ariba best practices.
Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules such as:
- Buying Invoicing
Sourcing
Contract Management
Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP)
Guided Buying
Supplier Risk Management
Spend Analysis
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and integrations.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support.
Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.




Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Additional Responsibilities
Robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
Experience with SAP Ariba modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Invoice Management.
Business process mapping and requirement gathering.
Fit-gap analysis and solution design.
UAT planning and execution.
Vendor and supplier lifecycle management.

Technical and Skilled Requirements
SAP Ariba configuration and implementation.
SAP ECC/S/4HANA procurement integration.
Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Understanding of SAP MM procurement processes.
Knowledge of master data and transactional data integration.
