Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Engagement with a strong background in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, HNI/UHNI Client Management and Team Handling.

The candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, investment product sales, upselling and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 Relationship Managers.
Drive achievement of sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Acquire and manage Retail, HNI and UHNI clients.
Drive sales and upselling of Mutual Fund and investment products.
Generate recent business through references, open-market activities and existing client relationships.
Coach, mentor and regularly review the performance of Relationship Managers.
Support RMs in client meetings, objection handling and sales closures.
Develop long-term relationships with key investors to generate repeat business.




Drive improvement in client portfolio value / net worth and overall business volumes.
Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
Conduct investor engagement activities, product sessions, events and conferences.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, client acquisition and target achievement.

Candidate Profile
10+ years of sales experience, preferably in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Asset Management.
Strong team-handling experience is mandatory.
Experience managing Retail, HNI/UHNI and affluent clients.
Robust understanding of Mutual Funds and investment products.
Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and client-management skills.
Solid track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
MBA in Marketing / Finance preferred.
NISM certification will be an advantage.
