Manager / Assistant Manager Digital Communications & Social Media

Role & responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
Manage and grow companies social media presence across relevant platforms.
Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business, brand and communication priorities.
Create and manage posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content formats.
Write engaging and effective copy for social media and digital platforms.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across channels.
Track audience engagement, growth and other relevant performance indicators.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and identify communication prospects.
Work with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies to produce high-quality content.
Support content creation around hotel launches, milestones, events, partnerships, food and beverage, people, culture and other brand initiatives.
Digital Campaigns




Support the planning and execution of digital communication campaigns.
Develop campaign-specific content and coordinate its rollout across relevant platforms.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
Support communication requirements
Website & Digital Platforms
Support the management and regular updating of relevant websites and digital platforms.
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on content requirements.
Manage content uploads and updates through relevant CMS platforms.
Support basic SEO and website analytics requirements.
Special Projects
Support specific communication initiatives, including art, culture, sustainability, employer branding, events and other strategic projects.
Where required, work on digital communication and content for Company Art and other cultural programming.
