Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment, including centrifugal pumps, reactors, boilers, steam ejectors, vacuum pumps, centrifuges, heat exchangers, and sparkler fitters.
Perform breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in plant operations and implement changes as needed.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce overall maintenance costs.
Experience in Pharma-API or Chemica industry in mandatory.
