Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Accounting activities.
Review and approve Journal Entries, Accruals, and GL transactions.
Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting specialists.
Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Handle accounting queries, analysis, and timely resolution of issues.
Work in US Shift and support global accounting operations.
