We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data systems that support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will work with technical teams to ensure data is reliable, accessible, secure and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Collect, transform and integrate data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimise databases and data processing systems.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, security and availability.
Work closely with data scientists, analysts and software engineers.
Identify opportunities to improve data processes and system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation and follow data governance standards.




Support the implementation of cloud-based data solutions.

Requirements
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Robust knowledge of SQL and Python.
Understanding of databases, ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is desirable.
Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies is an advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
