Job Description:(Business Development Executive)

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales. This individual will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and logistics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BDE Roles & responsibilities:• Executives promote services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizingprofits.• Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references & cold calling.• Meet and pitch services offerings to potential client.• Build trust by handling customer objections.• Build a long-term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business andreferrals.• Coordinate with different team to resolve issues in ongoing transaction & ensure flawlessexecution of the process.• Have solid business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the buildingof recent solutions, services across S&Ss; growing footprint.• Hunt and develop logistics opportunities nationally.• Build close, solid relationships as a SME with external customer(s) and internal customers• Ability to manage various projects/tasks across cross-functional teams• Use CRM and internal sales leads to target prospective clients• Develop client’s strategy with appropriate marketing materialsBenefits:• Health insurance• Paid sick time• Provident FundCompensation Package:• Commission pay• Performance bonus• Quarterly bonus• Yearly bonusSchedule:• Monday to Friday• Night shift• US shif
