Role & responsibilities He/she will have to perform the following key activities: To support in execution of end to end recruitment for Talent Acquisition Team of HR for India. Recruitment Consultants, Vendors: Liaise to provide good HR services. To provide support in execution of various programs like: Recruitment. Coordination, Salary Negotiation, Sourcing Profiles, Job Postings on portals, Joining Formalities. Event coordination. Any other activities that are managed by the Business HR team from time to time. To contribute to a high performance service culture within the team. To be a part of an productive and effective team. Should be valuable in stakeholder management.

Skills Required - Communication Skills. Data Management Skills. Managing aggressive timelines. Software skills. (MS Word, Advanced Excel , PowerPoint). Assertive Skills. Presentation skills. Ownership. Knowledge of POWER BI is a must.

Preferred candidate profile Must be from a good academic background. Education:



10+12+Graduation is mandatory. MBA / Masters in HR Full Time or Part time in HR is a must. Candidates can be from any industry, however, s/he must have minimum 1 to 2 years plus relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, will be a good fitment. Reports to Manager TA India . Good Stakeholder Management skills of various Business Functional Areas. Candidates should have experience in dealing with vendors, consultants, etc. Excellent communication. Good analytical skills & presentation skills is a must. Valuable in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent Interpersonal skills and experience of handling a team is preferred.

It is a full time job, on a third party payroll. Every year the performance will be evaluated, and it will be renewed or else can also be absorbed on Company payroll depending upon the performance.
