Job Summary
Motilal Oswal Home Finance is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the Home Loan
Sales Executive role.
The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, relationship management,
and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through eld visits, referrals, and market activities.
Identify and approach potential customers for Home Loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
¢ Handle customer queries and provide support throughout the loan process.
¢ Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
¢ Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




¢ Develop new business opportunities through market visits and customer referrals.
¢ Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.
Candidate Requirements
¢ 26 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, Home Loan, Housing Finance, or Loan Sales.
¢ Graduate candidates preferred.
¢ Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
¢ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
¢ Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
¢ Willingness to work in eld sales.
¢ Candidates should be comfortable working across Mumbai.
