Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL).
Solid understanding of scripting and automation within mainframe environments.
Experience in developing and maintaining batch processing jobs using Job Control Language.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze and optimize job workflows for improved efficiency and performance.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Job Control Language (JCL).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
