Role & responsibilities
Lead the HR function for Riverwood's real estate development operations, driving talent acquisition, HR policy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Partner with leadership to build hiring strategy for corporate and project-site roles across NCR (Gurugram, Kharkhoda, Mohali, Rohtak) and upcoming markets (Panipat, Sonipat).
Own end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior positions, including sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee retention initiatives suited to a growing real estate developer.
Manage payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements across all project locations.
Build and mentor a lean HR team as the company scales.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational structure and workforce planning.
Preferred candidate profile
810 years of HR experience,
with a significant portion at a real estate development company (not broker/channel partner firms).
Demonstrated stability in previous roles — steady tenures preferred over frequent short stints.
Robust understanding of real estate industry hiring — construction, sales, project management roles.
Experience managing HR for multi-site operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior experience setting up or scaling an HR function is a plus.
