Dynamo Electric Private Limited is seeking an experienced, target-driven Sales Manager Lithium Batteries to lead and scale our battery division. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, expanding our dealer network, managing OEM partnerships (EV manufacturers, energy storage, and industrial clients), and leading pipeline management using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & B2B Sales: Drive sales growth for Lithium-ion battery packs across EV OEMs, dealer/distributor networks, and commercial sectors.
Pipeline & Key Account Management: Identify and onboard high-value client accounts, managing end-to-end sales lifecycles from lead generation to closing deals.
CRM Operations: Maintain sales pipelines, client data, automated communications, and conversion metrics inside our CRM platform (e.g., Sangam CRM/Gallabox or similar).
Dealer Network Expansion: Build and retain strong relationships with regional distributors and dealership networks across focus markets.
Market Intelligence & Revenue Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets monthly/quarterly while tracking competitor pricing and industry shifts in the Indian EV ecosystem.
Technical Solutioning:



Work closely with technical/product teams to map Lithium-ion battery specifications (pack sizing, BMS requirements, voltage/Ah profiles) to customer needs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience in Lithium-ion Batteries, EV battery packs, energy storage systems (ESS), or related EV components.
Track Record: Solid, verifiable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B or dealer network environments.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with contemporary CRM platforms for managing leads, customer communications, and reporting pipelines.
Industry Knowledge: Good technical understanding of Lithium-ion technology, Battery Management Systems (BMS), chemistry types (LFP/NMC), and market pricing trends.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
