Position: Executive /Sr Executive - Sales (Channel Sales)

Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
CTC: Up to 10LPA (Maximum)
Salary Hike: 30 to 35% (based on current CTC & interview performance)
Product: Automotive Batteries (Leading & Well-Known Brand)

Eligibility:
MBA / B.Tech candidates: 1 to 10 years of relevant experience.
BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BBA candidates: Minimum 8+ years of Channel Sales experience (Non-MBA candidates).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the dealer & distributor network.




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and market penetration activities.
Drive consistent growth through channel sales.

Mandatory Requirements:
Solid field sales and channel sales experience.
Hands-on experience handling dealers and distributors.
Product-based industry experience is mandatory.
Candidates from Sales Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or Back-office roles are not suitable.
Must have channel business development experience
