Role & Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment in API manufacturing facilities.
Ensure smooth operation and reliability of mechanical equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and vacuum systems.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and support equipment qualification activities.
Maintain engineering documentation, maintenance records, SOPs, and logbooks in compliance with cGMP requirements.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.





Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 9 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance within API, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Process industries.
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Equipment Qualification, and cGMP requirements.
Experience in handling production equipment and utility systems.
Valuable understanding of engineering documentation and regulatory compliance.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
