Role & responsibilities

• Design and build user interfaces, digital portals, and Micro-Frontends (MFEs) using React.js and the Guidewire Jutro framework.
• Integrate Jutro front ends with Guidewire Cloud APIs (CloudAPI) and downstream microservices.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and core platform engineers to translate designs and business requirements into robust code.
• Diagnose and resolve UI state-management, rendering, and API concurrency issues.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable components. Implement unit and integration tests using JEST framework to ensure reliable deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong skilled experience in front-end development using Typescript, React.js, ES6+ JavaScript, JEST
• Guidewire Jutro: Hands-on experience developing with the Guidewire Jutro framework
• Positive understanding of the Jutro Component Library
• Experience in authentication/authorization
• Proficiency working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous state handling.
• Familiarity with Git, npm/yarn, webpack, and agile delivery tools.
• Solid debugging skills with complex application states and responsive design.
