Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate statutory approvals for redevelopment projects across the MMR, liaising with government authorities (MHADA, MCGM, local bodies) and external consultants from proposal through sanction.
Apply Development Plan provisions under the MRTP Act 1966, DCPR-2034 and UDCPR to assess project feasibility, maximise FSI and unlock land potential.
Verify inputs and drawings received from consultants and release timely written communication in consultation with all concerned stakeholders.
