Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP EWM.
Solid knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP solutions.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
