Akamai Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Freshers / 02 Years candidates for the position of Proactive Alert Monitoring Engineer.

Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% overall

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational shifts
Employment: Contract

What Will You Do?
Monitor system and network alerts.
Identify errors and abnormal traffic.
Understand the nature of alerts.
Assign alerts to the appropriate internal team.
Communicate technical issues clearly.




Handle email communication with customers/stakeholders.
Coordinate with global teams.
Ensure alerts are properly documented and escalated.

What We Are Looking For
Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS.
Robust networking fundamentals.
Excellent English communication.
Good written communication and email etiquette.
Good computer and internet skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and explain technical problems.
Willingness to work night shifts, rotational shifts and weekends.
CCNA is an added advantage.

Important

This is NOT a traditional L1 troubleshooting role.

The position focuses on Proactive Monitoring Alert Identification Correct Team Assignment Communication Escalation.
