Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker to join our leadership team as Manager - Strategy & Growth. This role works closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, business frameworks, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.

Key Responsibilities
Support leadership in strategic planning, business reviews, and execution tracking.
Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer data into actionable strategies.
Drive growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers.
Define and track key growth metrics
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic briefs for decision-making.
Prepare business decks, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Experience & Education
25 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics, Consulting, Growth, or
Business Development roles.
Exposure to high-growth sectors such as Tech, FinTech, eCommerce, Real
Estate/PropTech, or Consulting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
MBA / PGDM or postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Analytics, Marketing, or Finance is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
