Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic skilled to join our team and drive global partnerships, strategic collaborations, and technology transfer initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
B.Sc. / B. Pharm or equivalent
MBA (Marketing or related field) preferred
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities:
Partnership Identification

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across regions including India, Europe, MENA, and Canada.

• Align partnership opportunities with the companys business goals, particularly in technology transfer projects and commercial contract manufacturing.
Contract Negotiation

• Lead negotiations for CMO/CDMO agreements, contracts, and commercial terms.

• Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with organizational objectives, financial goals, and regulatory requirements.




Relationship Management

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications, issue resolution, and collaboration activities.

• Conduct regular reviews and meetings to ensure partner satisfaction and performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of:

o Site transfer projects

o Development and technology transfer projects

o Other strategic initiatives

• Ensure timely delivery and alignment across all functions involved.
