Vacav is looking for energetic and relationship-driven Partner Managers to build partnerships with hotels, resorts, homestays, villas, hostels, and other accommodation providers.
You will visit hospitality businesses in your assigned region, meet owners and managers, introduce them to Vacav, and onboard their properties onto our travel platform.
In addition to onboarding properties, you will identify businesses that need help with their customer acquisition and work to secure brand management and digital marketing contracts for Vacav.

Key Responsibilities
Visit hotels, resorts, homestays, villas, hostels, and other hospitality businesses in your assigned area.
Meet directly with property owners, general managers, and decision-makers.
Introduce Vacav and explain how the platform can help properties gain greater visibility and reach travelers.
Onboard current properties and experiences onto the Vacav platform.
Collect property information, photographs, videos, pricing, amenities, offers, and other information required for onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality partners.
Present Vacav's Brand Management services and convert qualified properties into paying brand-management clients.




Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, onboarded properties, and contracts.
Develop a robust local network within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Confident meeting and speaking with hotel and homestay owners.
Strong communicators with positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable traveling locally and conducting face-to-face meetings.
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing an assigned territory.
Interested in travel, hospitality, tourism, sales, partnerships, or digital marketing.
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and basic online business tools.
Able to build relationships rather than simply make sales calls.

This role is particularly suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, traveling locally, building business relationships, and closing partnerships. You should be comfortable walking into a property, speaking with the owner or manager, understanding their business needs, and presenting our Vacav solution that can help grow their business.
