Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Catalog Development, Service Portal, end-to-end integrations, Flow Development, and ServiceNow upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and catalog components.
Build and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal experiences.
Develop and manage end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.
Design and implement Flows and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, including impact analysis,



customization review, testing, and post-upgrade validation.
Troubleshoot development and integration issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Solid hands-on experience in Service Catalog Development
Experience with Service Portal
Hands-on experience in end-to-end integrations
Robust experience in Flow Development / Flow Designer
Experience working on ServiceNow upgrades
