Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Valuable To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of customer service processes and how to translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
Ability to work with declarative tools and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Salesforce environments.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
