Conduct regular market and field visits.
Source quality cocopeat/pith from vendors.
Visit vendor locations and check material quality.
Negotiate price and supply terms with vendors.
Maintain valuable vendor relationships and follow up on supplies.
Monitor market prices, availability, and competitors.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Achieve assigned sourcing and sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly market visit and sourcing reports.
