Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Consultant with robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA/ECC Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI). The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancements for process manufacturing industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP PP-PI business processes.
Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
Design and implement PP-PI solutions in SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
Configure and manage:
Process Orders
Master Recipes
Production Versions
Resources
PI Sheets
Control Recipes
Batch Management
Process Manufacturing
Work on MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.
Integrate PP-PI with SAP QM, MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and MES systems.
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
Support data migration, interfaces, and production support activities.
