Role & responsibilities:
To study the drawing and customer requirement.
Communication with customer if any deviation and change required.
Checking 2D drawing and 3D model
Prepare die layout
Select machine tonnage as per requirement
Shot model preparation
Core and cavity splitting
2D and 3D tool design preparation
CFT meetings to repeat tools
Ensure component casting and machining drawing release at shop floor • Study the drawing requirements and prepared technical feasibility
Maintain 5S department
Ideas providing for improvement/Kaizen/UC, UA, NM

Preferred candidate profile:
7-10Yrs of Experience in Tool Design HPDC
Knowledge of CAD software (NX)
Knowledge of simulation result interpretation
Knowledge of drawing studies and GD&T;
Awareness of system related documents like IATF, ISO
