Job Purpose

Responsible for driving Home Loan and LAP business in Chennai through direct sourcing, DSA/connector channels, builders and customer referrals. The candidate should have robust LAP sales experience, market knowledge and a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan & LAP business through DSA, connectors, direct sourcing and market references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA/DSA partners, connectors, builders and customers.
Generate leads, conduct customer meetings and convert prospects into quality loan cases.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, login and documentation to sanction and disbursement.
Ensure achievement of monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
Develop current markets and identify potential customers for LAP and Home Loan products.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations,



Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company credit and compliance policies.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and channel partners.
Track market competition, pricing, product offerings and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance sales.
Strong LAP experience is mandatory/preferred.
Candidates from Banks, NBFCs and Housing Finance companies preferred.
Strong DSA/connector network in Chennai will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of LAP eligibility, property valuation, LTV, income assessment and documentation.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Should have a proven record of achieving sales/disbursement targets
