Role & responsibilities
Execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct website audits, keyword research, and performance tracking using GA, GSC, and SEO tools.
Coordinate site updates, UI/UX improvements, and content changes.
Manage daily ERP activities and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflow.
Liaise with ERP vendors for updates, troubleshooting, and customizations.
Train users and maintain data accuracy.
Handle system issues, network coordination, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Oversee installations, upgrades, licensing, and coordination with external IT partners.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards.
Analyse ERP and website data to generate actionable insights.

Maintain data hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in SEO, ERP handling, IT support, and MIS reporting.
Robust command of SEO tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel/Power BI.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with robust communication skills
