Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including purchasing, stock movement, storage, dispatch, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
Address and resolve customer grievances related to product delivery, delays, returns, or damaged items.
Support inventory management and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with marketing operations, including barter collaborations with influencers.
Coordinate and manage user-generated content (UGC) from influencers and customers.




Work closely with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of social media content.
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operations reports.
Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid organisational and coordination skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work effectively across different teams.
Interest in e-commerce, operations, and digital marketing.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
