Project Execution to lead industrial engineering, factory development, and production system optimization initiatives across its manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for improving productivity, optimizing layouts and material flow, establishing Lean manufacturing systems, and supporting continuous improvement across integrated production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead factory development projects from planning through execution using Industrial Engineering principles.
Develop Current-State and Future-State Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify improvement prospects.
Conduct cycle time, takt time, and production capacity studies for current and existing production lines.
Drive SMED and changeover reduction initiatives to improve equipment availability and throughput.
Perform line balancing and determine equipment, workstation, manpower, and resource requirements.
Design and optimize factory layouts considering Lean manufacturing, material flow, ergonomics, safety, and operational efficiency.
Lead value engineering, waste elimination, Kaizen, and productivity improvement projects.
Establish standard work, SOP inputs, productivity KPIs, and loss-monitoring systems.
Support implementation of Visual Factory and shop-floor performance management practices.
Prepare technical reports,



feasibility studies, and management presentations for project reviews.
Validate improvement results through data analysis and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is preferred.
AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint proficiency is desirable.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project Execution.
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Engineering.
Expertise in capacity planning, line balancing, factory layout, and productivity improvement.
Experience in manpower planning, ergonomics, and material flow optimization.
Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
