Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish risk appetite statements, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements to risk governance processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for operational risk management.
Provide expertise in risk management best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, or similar industry standards.
Proven track record in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Experience in an IT services & consulting workplace is desirable.
Possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions under pressure.
