Key Skills:
Robust functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
Robust Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project) Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
Valuable understanding of other SF Modules.
