JOB PURPOSE -

Financial Reporting and MIS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES -
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Indian GAAP/Ind AS/ Companies Act and as required by RBI.
Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports, variance analysis report, actual vs budgets reports and preparation of forecast statements.
Monitoring monthly financial performance of the business against budgets and undertake variance analysis to ensure that deviations are highlighted to various business/functions for corrective actions.
Assist Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in annual planning and budgeting cycle.
Ensure that the Books of Accounts are properly maintained and updated on day to day basis and implementation and adherence to internal control policies and standards.




Liasoning with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
Understanding of various corporate governance regulations such as SEBI / BR Act / Companies Act etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Chartered Accountant

RELEVANTEXPERIENCE
0 - 3 Years of experience in core financial reporting function under Indian GAAP/ US GAAP / IFRS /Ind AS. Experience in Financial Services Industry will be an advantage.
Reasonably valuable understanding of ERP applications like Finacle, Oracle, SAP will be an added advantage.
