About the Role:
The Store Manager is responsible for managing the complete store operations, driving sales, delivering excellent customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business targets. The role involves sales, people management, inventory, cash management and SOP adherence. (Hiring Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Monitor key metrics such as Sales, Conversion and Customer Satisfaction/NPS.
Lead, motivate and coach the store team to improve performance.
Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.
Manage store inventory, stock accuracy and cash reconciliation.
Ensure proper usage of POS and compliance with operational processes.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure product availability.
Manage team schedules, staffing and daily store operations.
Train and develop team members and control employee attrition.




Ensure all Lenskart SOPs and operational standards are followed.
Ensure proper eye-checkup processes and coordination with the Optometrist.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
4+ years of overall retail experience with relevant Store Manager/Team Lead experience.
Experience in Retail Sales, Apparel, QSR, Lifestyle or similar retail sectors preferred.
Solid sales and team-management skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
