About the Role

We are hiring a Data Analyst - Growth & Demand Analytics to work closely with the Growth team at Slikk.

This role will help us understand how users come to the platform, what they do after landing, and what we can improve to drive more first orders, repeat orders, and effective growth.

The person should be robust in SQL, attribution, martech, funnel analysis, and startup-style problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze off-page demand from paid campaigns, CRM, affiliates, creators, app partnerships, coupon/cashback platforms, and media partners.
Analyze on-page demand across Funnel - homepage, collections, PDPs, search, banners, drops, sales, and category campaigns.
Build dashboards for CAC, CPNU, first orders, CRM contribution, partner performance, funnel conversion, and retention.
Work on attribution across campaign click app open/session PDP view cart order repeat.
Identify funnel leaks across install, registration, product view, add to cart, checkout, order, and repeat.
Help Growth, Product, CRM, Category, and Performance teams make decisions using data.




Ensure campaign tracking hygiene across UTMs, deep links, MMPs, CRM links, coupon codes, and partner links.

What Were Looking For
1+ years of experience in data analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics.
Strong SQL skills.
Understanding of funnels, attribution, campaign tracking, user journeys, and conversion metrics.
Experience with ecommerce, D2C, marketplace, quick commerce, app-first, fashion, or consumer internet businesses preferred.
Comfortable working with messy data in a fast-paced startup.
Ability to convert data into transparent business actions, not just reports.

Good to Have
Experience with tools like Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Firebase, GA4, Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Mixpanel, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Basic Python knowledge.
Experience analyzing CRM, affiliate, creator, partner, or paid marketing campaigns.
Understanding of CAC, CPNU, AOV, contribution, repeat rate, retention, discount burn, and funnel conversion.
