Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Document software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Proficiency in COBOL.
Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
