About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Chief Wellbeing Officer to lead our organisations employee wellbeing strategy. The role will focus on creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace while developing initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organisation’s employee wellbeing strategy.
Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to embed wellbeing across the organisation.
Design and oversee employee wellbeing and engagement programmes.
Monitor employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Promote a healthy, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Develop initiatives focused on work-life balance, employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.




Measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes and provide recommendations to senior management.
Stay informed about emerging workplace wellbeing practices and trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Management or a related field.
Proven experience in employee wellbeing, HR, people management or organisational development.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Solid understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture.
Empathetic, approachable and people-oriented leadership style.
