Role & responsibilities
Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or equipment problems.
Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
Conduct inspections, testing, and performance checks.
Replace faulty components and carry out necessary repairs.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Train customers or operators on proper equipment use and maintenance.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
Maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate replacement parts when required.
Follow safety procedures, company standards, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with sales,



engineering, production, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Travel to customer locations when in office support is required.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current technologies, products, and technical procedures.

Preferred candidate with experience in Gas chromatograph, HPLC
