About the Role

n

Flow Interio is looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive sales and business growth for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the interior industry, products, materials, sales and customer management, along with experience in leading sales teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
n
Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
n
Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value interior projects.
n
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.
n
Have valuable knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials and full-home interiors.
n
Monitor leads, sales pipeline, conversions and team performance.
n
Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth customer handover.
n
Handle important customer discussions,



negotiations and escalations.
n
Identify new business and referral opportunities.
n
Share regular sales and business performance updates with management.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
8–10 years of experience in the interior/home improvement industry.
n
Strong experience in residential interior projects and sales.
n
Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes and interior solutions. Proven experience in sales team management and business target achievement.
n
Robust customer handling, negotiation and closing skills.
n
Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
n
Experience with interior or home improvement companies will be an advantage.
n
