Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and TDS compliance.
Prepare and review MIS reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate accounting records by maintaining ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues and provide support on ad-hoc requests.
Perform audit procedures as required to ensure compliance with company policies.
